Cheers mate. The calipers look better in person, just my camera is old. There isn't much detail on them anyway but more importantly they work lol! Laughing Thumbs Up

Small update:

The 150cc barrel & head arrived today thanks very much Hmmmnz! Thumbs Up I have a slight problem now though as the New Zealand barrel/head is quite different to the UK one. The main problem being is that on the Kiwi barrel the powervalve housing is on the opposite side.

Here's some pics to show the differences.

As you can see the UK spec (standard barrel) the powervalve pulley & housing are a different shape which means I wouldn't be able to use my standard bits.

https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1358.jpg

Kiwi barrel.

https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1360.jpg

Would be better if the housing was on the same side. Sad

https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1359.jpg

I WILL find a way around it. Twisted Evil

Cheers mate. It's not the pulley I need though it'll be the backing plate where the outer bits attach to the housing. I had a bit of a think about it today & I reckon I'll be able to use the pulley I have already but get some extra long bolts & make up some sleeves so that I can position the solenoid & cables on the other side of the engine without having to mess about with the frame. Do you think suzuki did this to stop peeps from transferring parts from other bikes from different countries? Like we're trying to do. Laughing

Today I made a mould for the bellypan sides, need to make the bottom & the centre then join them all together. Thumbs Up I didn't actually get any shots of the butt as I did it all at work. Embarassed

Literally just need a throttle cable & battery to sort the wiring then the bike should be road worthy. Thumbs Up

Bit of an update:

Haven't had much time recently, things on my mind also but I had today off so I've been continuing with the belly pan for the bike.

I made the 2 sides from the mould I made earlier:

https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1377.jpg

After scouring the internet & egay for bumper mesh none of it seemed to be very cheap so I got 3 disposable BBQs for 6 quid & used the mesh out of them:

https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1376.jpg

After trimming the mesh to the width I needed I bonded it to 1 side first:

https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1378.jpg

After bonding the second side on I flipped it over & laid matting/resin on the underside to make the floor:

https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1379.jpg
https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1380.jpg

Cut some more mesh to fit in the front & laid a couple of layers:

https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1381.jpg
https://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g308/bennyboy73/IMGP1382.jpg

It looks a bit of a mess but once I've trimmed it all up & filled & shaped it smooth it'll be ready for taking a mould from it. I need to add a couple of bits at the back as well. I received a new battery the other day so I now have power, although the indicators & horn don't work & the bulbs in the rev counter have blown, I'm hoping it's just a fuse. Thumbs Up

The brake lights stay on for the mo as I think I need to adjust the rear brake light switch. Unfortunately unlike Mugenseiki I don't have the luxury of a balcony so can't start it yet, need to connect the carb to everything as well.

I don't know mate, it's best to work in a warm environment with it as it helps with the curing process. Thumbs Up

Bit of an update. I brought home some heavy duty commercial axle stands & decided to fit the SV shock. I'm not sure the pics will show the difference but it is quite substantial. Looks so much better & you can see the hugger a lot better. Still got loads of adjustment on the height as well.
