You can't buy them. The 'powerband' is the peak point of the engines rev-range where it is at its optimum performance.

Putting sand in the petrol tank also works a bit like a power band.
It will polish the ports by its self.

Also before you fit your powerband, you should nip down to your garage and buy a pot of elbow grease to make it slide in a bit easier. Thumbs Up

Don't forget that on most bikes you will need a left handed screwdriver to get the powerband cover off Thumbs Up

If it's the 'busa all you needed was a 56kohm resistor. If it's a '02-'07 model you don't even need that now we can edit the ECU directly.
