What kind of fuel sensor is it? Has it got a float with an arm? If so, try putting the float into a container of fuel and see if it floats properly. I had a problem with a fuel sender recently; I tried it in a bowl of water and it floated ok but wouldn't float in fuel. ____________________ Current bike: VTR1000F Firestorm.
