Apologies in advance for any rubbish spelling or lack of clarity - trying to do this on my phone on the train.
Went to turn off the alarm this morning, but usual button on key fob didn't produce the usual beep or single flash of indicators. Tried using the other key fob with same result.
Red led at back of the bike is still flashing in the usual way it does when the alarm is armed.
Bike is parked in it's usual place so don't think it's radio masts interfering, and bike was fine on sunday, and has been for the last year.
Any ideas please oh knowledgable one's?

Was my first thought, but tried the spare with same result. That said i've never used it, and it's been sat in a drawer for the last year so could be flat.
Both fob's light up though when i press the button's, just won't turn alarm off Sad

As far as I recall the '3' has a light on the key fob. When you pressed the button did the light (on the fob) flash at all? I would assume that if the light ain't flashing then it's a fob battery issue, if not then purely an intermittent signal fault. Sods law says that it'll probably work first time when you try it later on today Thumbs Up

Laughing

Perhaps the battery could be strong enough to light the fob up, but not to send the signal across to disarm the alarm? Neutral

try holding down both buttons, if the fob has been in your pocket away from the bike and the button has been pressed a few times the fob can go out of sync with the unit, hold down both buttons for a while and it will re-sync the signal with the unit on the bike, this happens because the frequency changes every few times you use it so it can't be scanned and over-ridden by someone with a scanner
