Hello to everyone, after a lot of searching I have found this forum and I think that someone here can help me, I have an nsr 125 engine fitted in an nsr 50 frame but the wiring is giving me a lot of headaches as the only wiring diagram differs from the real wiring that my cdi, servo control unit and rectifier have, so can someone help/teach me where to connect what?
The diagram that I have is this one, I can put it with bigger resolution, but this diagram is pretty common via google, and I have already seen it here too, but here it is:

The cdi unit is this one, I can take photos of the wires that connect to the cdi:

This is the rectifier and that's where my problems start as according to the wiring diagram there should be one black wire coming from it, but there is no black wire, and that same black wiring is missing in one of the sockets of the servo controller.

This is the servo controller, the printing is very scuffed/scratched, and his sockets, and as I said above I don't know were to connect the black wire that is in this socket:

The ignition coil is from an honda nsr 50 because the nsr 125 wiring loom didn't have any, the wires connected to it are an yellow and black and one green that is the ground as in the wiring diagram.

The wiring loom as been pretty much stripped down as this will be a fun bike, so there are no turn signals, brake indicators, all those extra wires will not be used, and they don't even fit in the pretty much crammed frame of the nsr50, the problem is that even when the engine was in the original frame the wiring loom had been already messed up a lot.

Sounds like it'll be a fun little bike to play on heh.

For the sake of 30 bucks on fleabay i would agree with the suggestion of getting another wiring loom unless you have already removed all the covering on the old loom in which case use some of the wiring not being used to substitute the wires your missing...

The old loom as been totally striped down to show the wires and there where strange things like the lighting ground connected to the pick-up signal, that black wire that is missing was connected to the green ones, and there where strange things made with duct tape and the wires just twisted one to the other, tomorrow I will give it another spin to see if I can put it working, after that I will show all the work done on it.
