Won't a forward facing exhaust rob you of power at high speed?

because ive offset the front sprocket, the chain hits the slave cylinder when you try to fit the sprocket cover. need to figure that out as well tomorrow.

Is it a standard size sprocket? I had a similar issue with an over size front sprocket on the Bandit. Catches the support, but fixed by grinding a few mm from the side of the support

All the best

did a bit more today. was 32 degrees in work though so nothing strenuous.

seat unit chopped in half

https://scontent-a-lhr.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xfp1/v/t1.0-9/q77/s720x720/10447154_10152229631553365_3341338025969002275_n.jpg?oh=7656a8f4caea0d3c5a49487b2d997b5a&oe=5440D68E

needs 70mm in the middle

https://scontent-b-lhr.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xpa1/t1.0-9/p180x540/1919641_10152229631588365_7204838210871236274_n.jpg

its got a nice bit return for me to push into when launching, so i wont slide off the back.

drew some wheelie bars. i think i may have done this before, but this should be a better design as the mounts are welded to the frame and the spindle bolts though it, so its seriously attached.

https://scontent-b-lhr.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xfp1/t1.0-9/p180x540/10561623_10152229631578365_3585589197789223585_n.jpg

full rose joint adjustability.

foot pegs.

drilled one side of the box 10mm diam, other side 18.

made an 18od crush tube .5mm too short.

wind the peg into the box with an m10 bolt and the while lot clamps together nice.

the ones in the diagonal aluminium tube are rivet holes for an aluminium hugger, to prevent burning rubber being thrown onto your back, protect you incase of a tyre failure and stop you being pulled into the rear wheel.
