Hi all, Ive just passed my A2 license bout a week ago and have gone and bought myself a VFR400 NC30. however it makes 58bhp so i need to restrict it to 33bhp. i cant find any of second hand washers anywhere do i have to get it done properly? Can i make up the washer myself?

should be easy to make it yourself if you have access to the right tools...

not sure if this will fit, but its from a cbr600... click me

someone should be along shortly to point you in the right direction or let you know if the cbr kit will/wont fit. Wink

The holes on that CBR600 kit will be too small, the 600 has a lot more power to shave off to make 33bhp than an NC30 does. If you can find the dimensions of the restrictor plates from FI international off either them (unlikely) or someone with a set and the certificate, which gives you the dimensions, then you should be able to make some yourself, a central hole will work, it doesn't have to be elliptical or offset.
