Only other thing is to make sure the cable is adjusted correctly and that the clutch return arm is moving OK.

can get the plates from either Paul Smeatons BItz for Bikes or from Wemoto.. if your not sure how to do it yourself might be looking around an hours to hour and half ( most garages will try and milk for that bit extra)..

Prob looking around 80-100 quid for a garage, if you reckon you can do them yourself get a haynes and have a go. all you have to do is basically strip them out, check them, soak some new ones in oil overnight and then replace the exact same way they came out.. (OB bit more to it)...

Willing to bet quite heavily that the plates are fine, the cable just needs adjusting on the handlebar.
