Despite the hardship, I do quite fancy the sheer awesometude of having to travel all the way down the length of the UK to meet up with a group of people who will no doubt have to say "I'm sorry, could you repeat that" until it's no longer polite. It'll be a catchphrase before the weekend is done. Thumbs Up Mr. Green

Just how much of a comedy accent have you been blessed with? Given some of the accents round here, I can't imagine I'll have too hard a time getting a handle on your various gibberings in person.

Having said that, I'm now determined to find a Scottish>Sweeney translation guide.

My accent is actually pretty neutral (had a fellow Aberdonian workmate ask what part of England I'm from), but I can exaggerate it for comic effect if needs be. Laughing

No, just a pretty shoddy one. Shame, since my gran speaks hard doric and my dad was pretty much the same as her.

Would love to get there if at all possible this year.
Will obviously depend on location, and making sure I have enough warning to arrange time off work Wink

I'd be interested in having a nosy, Norfolk would be good, sis lives not far from the coast and can turn it into a weekender.

Could also, if a good count of people are interested, turn it into a BCF foam party?

Indeed.

I was thinking find a friendly farmer... but realty is few with animals nearby will be happy with fireworks.

Only one I realised would... tom in Wales.
a bit out of the way, but good roads and 10 quid gets you a night with as much anarchy as you can handle!
Also 600 acres of land to play on and the 'widowmaker' hill for the brave!
