Anyone have any experience?

Steer clear and no point what so ever?

Using an almax or two at home with a motrax vishas.. just wondering what these would be like to go on with the motrax and a cheaper alarmed disc lock?

I know it won't be any replacement for a hefty chain, and will get cropped quite easily, but it stop someone with no croppers from having it away..

Or should i not bother?

Cheers Thumbs Up

It's a double fail imo.
1. Oxford.
2. Cable lock.
Both are known for being insecure.

Obviously more security is better than less (so using the Oxford as well as everything else is better than not), but i'd honestly prefer to use a light £10 Aldi/Lidl padlock and chain over that can of expensive fail. A U or D-Lock would be far better anyway.

Yes an Oxford lock is better than nothing, but only marginally.

I tend to only use a disk lock when I'm out and about, and I'm usually careful about where I park too
