got it sorted, the previous owner made a botch job of trying to join the immobilizer antenna together which was held in the CDI Unit by WALLPLUGS so went to halfords, bought some electrical cable, connectors and wire stripper and done a better job if I say so myself lol,
For future reference anyone who has a problem with their immobilizer staying on (on peugeot scoots don't know about other bikes) it's an indication of a circuit break in the wires.
Heres a service manual for immobilizers.
