Dodgey connections to the side stand or clutch switch? Or dodgey switch itself?
Was it running ok before the 2 stalls? Have you taken a sparkplug out to check its sparking and condition of the plugs?

Silly question, but have you taken it out of gear? I ask only as you're looking for a neutral switch!
