Some things are so simple you really wonder that no one thought of them before. Well done mate, potentially you have saved someone's life.

As was said in the clip, it was a eureka moment. The entire thing is almost stupidly simple and beggars the question, why did nobody else think of it years ago? My assumption would be one of magnification, that the image produced would be at a 1:1 scale and nothing would be visible beyond the rider's body as it would fill the mirror. But duh, mirrors don't have to work like that.
I've tried more than once to use fish-lens mirrors on top of the OEM mirrors and they've always been wank.

Many modern jet fighters have them around the canopy frame and yours looks just like the one at the 12-o'clock position, except it's where the instrument panel would be.

I wish you the best possible success with this, there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever that it is going to save numerous lives. Thumbs Up

That looks like a top bit of kit, rather puts into perspective all the anti tampering guff eminating from the EU!

How have you ensured that a far eastern company isn't going to copy it, and rip you off big time? I'm, hoping you're going to mention teams of copyright lawyers beavering away on your behalf!

Hope it does really well for you. Thumbs Up When are you buying your first island in the sun? Mr. Green Karma

Yeah huge thanks for that and I agree the fisheye side mounted are pretty crap.
You wouldnt even know if it saved your life so if it saves lives well it would have been worth all the mental stress this has put me through so far.
Thanks again Thumbs Up Very Happy Thumbs Up

World patent pending so you can only hope plus Im keeping the price to an absolute minimum so profit wont be great which is enough to keep copiers at bay.
That way everyone can afford one and hopefully be that bit safer, cheers Thumbs Up Very Happy Thumbs Up

I'm going to painfully narrate this thread pointing out all obvious points while waving my arms around like one of those fucking inflatable tube people.
