Wanted - 40mm silver steel (for hardening)

I'm only going with silver steel as I've used it before for hardening.

I need to make some top hat type bearing sleeves that will need to be hardened.

I need 40mm diameter or maybe just over to play with and length wise around 200mm. I know I can get a 13" length for around £35 but just wondering if I can get it cheaper anywhere?

Also is there a better material I could or should be going for? The part will be between the swing arm bolt and the bearing inner race on one side and on the needle bearing on the other. This will need hardening to stop the needles pushing into the sleeve.
