If I use the scales method while I keep one foot on the ground, I only weigh 6 stone. Diet is going super.

Did you ever weigh it?

I've got a set of properly calibrated linked scales if you're ever out Reading way. There's 3 load cells (they're for weighing aeroplanes) so you can even do 2 wheels and a sidestand for the avoidance of any error.
