Which bit doesn't fit? Is the hole for the bolt too small or the bit that slides into the hanger too fat? When I got my levers they were fine but on my 125 I had to drill the hole bigger and shave some of the surface off for it to fit on the lever hanger.

The bolt head that goes through the bearing and part of the red lever hit the holder (where the mirror would go if it was a hornet). My bike is a 2012 CBR600FA which I assume should be exactly like yours apart from mine is red so obviously faster Smile

You're are ever so slightly different to mine. What is that extra bolt for? Only option I reckon would be to try send them back or saw off the mirror mount.

Looks like they have sent me the wrong lever then. I don't fancy cutting bits off of the bike so I will have to try and get it changed. Thanks for the pic.

Finally got another can, went for a Danmoto GP Titanium. Was a little sceptical of the quality but it looks fantastic and really well made, all the welds are seamless, actually looks like some care has gone into making it. The bolt for the clamp snapped but that was made of cheese so just used the OEM clamp.

Sounds WAY better than the old Arrow can that I got rid of, way crisper. Also ordered a baffle for early mornings but it makes sod all difference lul.

Quick soundclip..

Overall, very Impressed, especially after hearing some horror stories about things not fitting or lining up at all.

Didn't fancy learning a new track in the rain with a bike three times more powerful than I was used to dude. That and it takes a good couple hours to get the restrictor removed.

Technically this is the fifth as I sold the Laser the day I got it and ran the stock silencer for a bit (which sounded shit with arrow headers).
