Great customer service from Rev'It.

I have a Rev'It Energy Hi-Vis textile jacket, that is my favoured jacket in these dark Winter nights and mornings. I also have a pair of Aussie Biker leather trousers, which are super-comfy. Unfortunately, the zip on the jacket doesn't fit the zip on these trousers. I've hunted everywhere for the right size zip to sew to the trousers and eventually e-mailed Rev'It asking if they could sell me one. Today, a courier arrived with a packet from Germany, containing two full sets of the proper zips. No charge, nothing. I'm really chuffed with this and thought I'd come on here to praise them to the skies.
Anyone else have any great customer service tales to tell about?

never had any dealings with c/service but i havnt needed to. had the same jacket / trousers for 6 years now and no fraying, tearing (crashed twice) still in good nick.

I'm well impressed mate, you don't often see service like that these days. I've had a Rev-It jacket in the past, quality gear if you ask me.

Good customer service is nice from the other side too, I'm in that line and it makes the job much more enjoyable.
