lol ok mate, we started of in leharve, then road down to o'leans (south of paris) where we stayed for the first night. The next day we road to grenoble (just north of the alps), from there we went over the mountains to find gap, where we stayed for 4 days. we got there monday, tuesday i chilled out as i was knackered from the day before Laughing.
Wednesday we went to mont'e carlo after a short stop at nice along a road called the N85 (ranked number 2 in performance bikes top 100 roads) and it was worth the wait...the roads in the south are absolutely awsome, and the deeper south you go the better the roads get.
we had lunch in a cafe thats sat right on the famous chicane at the end of the tunnel Cool and i've got a pic of the huge dent left by allonso when he hit the armco barrier in the tunnel last week Razz.

to get back to gap we used a road called the N202 (ranked 9th in performance bikes best ever roads).

following day we went to italy, it was a mission over the mountains. we were so high up there was snow and ice on the roads, and to make things worse the tarmac was horrible, and there was no armco barrier between the road and atleast a 2 thousand foot drop. With no run off, the road was so close to the edge it wasn't tarmaced more than a foot from the white lines because the tarmac lorrys cant get right to the edge Laughing.

there was 21 of us Razz

another thing, french drivers are wicked, they will do anything to get out of your way, and not hold you up...on more than one occasion we had cars and vans with 2 wheels on the grass, to let us through..... an in 1 dodgy occasion, an arctic lorry with all of its right wheels on the grass Shocked .

One slightly weird thing tho, is in france you can legally ride a ped at 14, but because they cant get insurance....they are allowed (by law) to ride without insurance, provided...they remove the number plate Laughing so theres millions of peds with no plates Laughing, but the way the law works, if they hit you....you become the legal owner of that ped Laughing .
