Hello all.
This is my first post on this furum so abit of a newby.
Thought I would show you my Honda CB125 that Iv'e had for the last year.
The bike was in a sorry state . It had been hiding in a shed for 15 years . The last tax disc was 97. The shed roof had leaked at some point allowing water to do its damage. It had only done some 12000 miles so thought the effort would be worth it as I needed a bigger bike for work.
Anyhow got it home after parting with £150 and found the full extent of the condition. I'm not going to go into detail but I would estimate some where near the £1000 later in parts power coating and zinc plating equipment it appears as shown.
I still have the tank underside to paint although all the painwork could do with being done.
I'm very please with the result and it rides very well.

Cracking job, credit to you.

Going into detail wouldn't be a bad thing though . . in fact, it would have made a great thread. Thumbs Up

Oh no... not another one! Laughing
I've done two 125 Super-Dream Renovations & helped the missus do another one, in the last three years..... £1000? Sounds like you got off lightly! Shocked
Details! WE WANT DETAILS! Thats what show & tell is all about!
You've shown... now tell!
I could do with a laugh. A slightly sycophantic one, to know I', not the only Super-Dream sufferer, having been pulling the engine for project 4 to bits this afternoon!

OK

Hi Mike I have read your posts on your 125s and I am very impressed.
I not being an expert on these forum, s will try to ad more detail.lol
I have a few more photos that I can add but I need to compress them before I can list them due to the file size. My first effort post picture quality is a bit poor.
When I figure it out I'll get them posted.
Thanks Ian

Hint. When you have uploaded your pics; use 'preview post' button and they will display in preview pane.
Right click to get the uploaded URL for each, & past that into the text editor in your post where you want the pic, then highlight the url and use the 'Img' button at the top to put tags round it.
Preview again, & pics should display in post.
Saves us lazy buggers having to open each file individually in another tab and then work out where it belongs in the story.

It's nothing short of a total miracle.

Anyway, might as well whore my own pic while we're on the subject.
