I had an SV1000 for a spell, not sure if its the same engine or not but it was certainly punchy! Sounds like war when opened up, especially with twin Scorpion cans without baffles Very Happy

Just a case of wet sanding back with 2500 grit and then polishing up again after. I borrowed a friends DA polisher but you could do it by hand no problem.

Well spotted, I didn't realise until I bolted it all up after I'd got the rear subframe powder coated but it's actually a bit twisted :/.

If I'd known I'd have bought a new one to get done.

So annoying but its not that bad to make the bike Un rideable.

Also I didn't bolt the tank at the front and it sits just slightly off so that's why.

I'll get a new subframe and get that done to bolt up I'm the future.


So basically the one time a subframe is actually twisted - and no-one says "subframe's twisted"
