That junction is wide open, why didn't you see him?

Always expect the unexpected, you were going too fast if that's the case.

1st) This gets discussed a lot. You have to be bloody careful filtering past junctions.

2nd) Poor obs.

Indeed. There is a reason we should ride defensively...

Nah, I was filtering around 20mph. The polish guy has admitted liability and the witness is vouching for me.

Obviously in this case 20mph was too fast. The speed itself isn't important, it's the speed in the current situation that is important.
It's all fine and dandy the polish guy admitted liability and I'm glad for you that he did however with some extra thought to the situation you'd have never have put yourself in the situation where you need him to admit liability.

Why is it starting to appear (On here) that if you get knocked off your partially to blame? He saw the guy sat stationary how do you know he never looked down to his clocks or a sun reflection caused him to flinch for a second as the guy decided to pull out

At a junction, if I even see a cars wheel move a fraction of an inch I'm on the brakes. Or he could have used his horn (a correct use of it!) or he could have decided not to filter past a junction with a car waiting for a sneaky gap in traffic. Many different ways to reduce the risk.

I'm guessing you weren't laughing like this when your mate got killed the other week?

Could very easily have been the same again..

But it wasn't and my mate wasn't a total cunt unlike the op.

So why dont you go back to lurking until you get an idea of how things work round here.

No-one died, therefore this is funny as fuck.

I see, so if it's not someone you know, it doesn't matter.

Sounds like there is only one total cunt around here and it's not me or the OP Laughing

Many of my mates have chucked it down the road and we've all laughed our asses off.
I remember how we all laughed when another member on here, who we kinda like, stacked it on gravel.

Let me make it clear for you again.

If no-one dies then it is funny as fuck.

Unless you can understand that concept you dont belong here or on a bike for that matter.

In all honesty Rigga, the OP is a real cockhead. I've seen him post some truly atrocious things in chat, purely to piss people off after similar situations. Now I wouldn't wish a motorbike accident on anyone, but having seen the reaction of the OP in times past, the feeling I'm getting here is "Maybe the little bastard will pick up a lesson here".

Don't think he will though.

Clearly you don't know the OP.

OP is a complete c*nt, makes a point of coming into chat every night and acting like a complete arsehole just to try to piss us off.

Whilst nobody really deserves to crash, perhaps it might knock him down a peg and make him realise he's being a bit of a twat.

Seems to me like there are multiple cunts in this thread, and neither of them are me or Cansa. Perhaps if next time you have all the facts before you make a judgement you might avoid looking like such a twat to those of us who do have some idea of what's going on.

Ditto this sentiment.
You knew someone was there... you should have sat in the traffic and waited till you got past the junction before filtering on.

Can't expect someone sat at a junction to see a biker filtering through traffic, however slowly.

Accident could have been prevented. IMO. Idea

So it's funny as fuck if someone ends up paralysed is it cos they didn't die? Or if someone loses a leg?

Yeah fucking hilarious.

Like i said, only one cunt here.
