So, Redding has signed to Gresini for next year, but we already knew that. Production Honda for 14 and Factory for 15. Good move I think, under the circumstances.

Cal to podium? I reckon Smith should do well, too.

Marquez to win though, probably.

Cal might get third if Pedrosa/Lorenzo is not on it. I would suggest that Marquez might fall off, but that has happened a lot less then everyone thought it would. Going to Silverstone to see it, anyone have any recommended viewing points?

I'm in the club grandstand. Should be ok. Stowe's not a bad place either.

Same. I've watched F1 at silverstone but never GP. Unfortunately I've got to drive as my mate broke his arm and he can't ride - £15 whole fucking pounds to park!!

I think this will be Cal's best ever chance for a win. Remember last year, last place to 6th, with a broken ankle? He clearly likes it there.

Having said all that, MM will win it but its probably the last 'Yamaha track' for a while so JLo in with a shout too.

Hard to call. Only one winner in Moto2 though Cool

I recommend the end of the Wellington straight opposite the BRDC , it's the closest you will get to the acton on track, we stood there for WSBK and saw some great action.

We also stood there today for Friday practice and you get closer to the action and you are near to the trade stands, toilets and you can see the main stage and two different large screens Smile

Hopefully heading down on the CBR in a few hours. I've seen the F1 at Silverstone before, but this should be good. Smile

Well done Cal, front row.

My thoughts exactly. Going tomorrow, after my last Silverstone F1 experience we've loaded pushbikes into the car too, hopefully get to see the action at a few different places.

It's gonna be an interesting race, I've been here since Thursday and tbh Lorenzo has had the racing pace from the off and looked very comfortable. Marquez seemed to take a while to find that setting but he just seems to be able to find half a second when he needs too where others can't find a tenth!! It's scary what this kid can do and u have to be in awe of it!!

I really think itl be a Marquez / Lorenzo dash tomorrow if they all make it through, I hope for the championship Lorenzo does it but Marquez just seems to be re writing the rule book ATM!

Marquez falls in warm up, suspected dislocated shoulder. Cal falls too, ok though. Marc in medical centre.

The best MotoGP race of the season so far Thumbs Up

I don't watch Moto2 and Moto3 because it's a bit like watching Paralympics, nothing wrong with it but not the real deal. I used to love watching 250cc 2T though.

^^^Thinking...Yeah right. Smile
Good close racing is good racing regardless of the machinery.

Like I said, nothing wrong with it but given a choice to watch MotoGP or Moto 2 I would choose MotoGP every time. I don't have time to watch both.

Certainly alot closer than GP, I'm hoping Dorna are gonna reign in Honda and Yamaha eventually so the premier series is closer!
