Got it sorted, pads in and system bled, needs a run to free them up a bit, but nothing major. Also refitted the radiator for the first time in near on 3 years.

Figured out the routing and final position ofthe remote reservoir

Need to tweak the can still as it sits too far round, but I got it close enough Smile

Next up, hoses, chain and starting it!

Carbs are a prick. exactly the same width as the frame gap, but theres HT leads, wiring loom and header tank pipes to fit in too, thus making the gap about three quarters of an inch too narrow!

Cheers guys,

Carbs had to come off again due to a leaky bowl, looks like some previous twatbag used some sort of gasket goo instead of renewing the float bowl gaskets and me taking the bowl off when I fitted the 112 Dynojet mains broke what little bonding it had left.

New parts on order;
4x float bowl gasket (£16)
Coolant takeoff O-ring (£3.80)
Rear brake line (£22.50)
Pads, slider pin and anti chatter shim (£11)

may need a fuel pump as I think mine is cream crackered!

Had to re-read that, I thought you'd started talking about leaky bowels

I'm not against that if it keeps people interested in the thread! Wink although you'll have to bear with me, I know nothing of that topic except what a bowel is, what a leak is and a vague idea of the concept of the combination!

Been let down with over £500 that people owe on parts so not got any news, sprayed the insides of the race fairing black, hopefully next month I'll be able to buy the tail and figure the electrics out Smile
