Well after I lost out on the sv last week I found a tidy gsf600 01 plate for quite a decent price, but boy am I kicking myself now didn't think to check the fluid levels on the brakes or check the road tax (school boy errors) now have to hope I can get road tax from post office tomorrow with mot cert,v5, and downloaded copy of insurance details so I can get out on it. I know I cocked up but have put it down to being too keen to get my first bike. Lesson learned and money going to be spent. Just thought I would let you know my stupidness to give you all a laugh.
