Cheers, hopefully get a vid of it running as soon as I evict the carbs from my living room sofa! Also need to order a few niggly bits and pieces to get it tip top again, such as carb rubbers and an airbox baseplate (surprisingly available an in stock as a genuine Honda item!

Also have decided to order the Silhouette upper cowl, will likely be selling the OEM West coloured panels Smile

Gotta love gear driven cams!

I managed to sort out the fuel tap, robbed the pipe off my other engine, works good as gold now Very Happy

Had it running up to temperature, albeit with the airbox lid and filter off as I didn't want to be faffing if I had to take it all apart again, so it was a bit off after 7-8k, but I expected that.

Nah, that gets locked away at the owners home, it's only a visitor lol tbh it's pretty secure here, everyone is always on the lookout and there's always a motion sensor light as an extra deterrent.

It's carbon kevlartastic!

No idea on noise yet, not got any V4 port size exhaust gaskets Sad plus I haven't had time to flick the carbs out and do the jetting. Going to give it a fresh set of plugs and see if I can find the missing rubber flap which should sort the running issue out Smile

Pipes are loosely fitted up, just have to bust out the Stanley knife to modify the seat unit to clear the can hanger. Then I'll be looking to do the jetting and spray up the tail unit I got off the guy the exhaust came from.

Started spraying my single seat unit today, wants flatting back, another couple of coats of paint and then some clearcoat before it goes on.

Carbon hopefully arriving tomorrow Very Happy made some satin black number boards for the seat unit, once it's fully lacquered I'll put them on. More to keep me occupied and get rid of a few offcuts I had knocking about, designed and cut the templates by hand so not expecting the most perfect job!

Also been sent some rubber screen trim for the air tubes and front apron edge to neaten it up once the parts arrive.
