It's a hipster Cafe Racer based upon a Kawasaki Z1100, at a guess.

Also how come his jeans and feet are blurry but his upper half is so crisp? I wanna get myself some of these Wrangler Blurrs.

Definitely a CB750F1 but with a differant front end,which does not even look like that from a CB750F2 like I had on my one
