My old FZ6. Brought at an auction for a grand, spent a couple of hundred quid putting lights, later swinger, drag bars, 190 rear hoop and two Scorps off of E bay and racked up 25k miles commuting and scratching on it. great bikes Very Happy

I've always liked these TBH! Nice styling with the underseat pipes and a revvy buzzy R6 motor to excite!

I think it would need a nice set of USD forks, with Radial monoblock brakes like a late R6 and then could it be a Street Triple rival/run them close for ability?

I saw a dude on one of these a few weeks ago on my home from work, he was riding like tit overtaking everything, revving and popping the limiter, and filtering past 30-40mph traffic. I later saw him leaving a petrol station a few miles up the road, and upon pulling out of the forcourt, he flicked the clutch and accelerated flat out up to 3rd gear on the back wheel. Stupid, but it sounded good!

Well I suppose I could have fitted the standard bars, shite looking handlebar fairing standard pipes and 160 rear hoop and budget looking pre '06 swinger, but as you say, each to there own.. Wink
