[WANTED] Cheap cheap reliable bike with MOT

Following my little incident which involved my bike kissing the Tarmac ideally I'm after a very very cheap run around so that I can spend some time stripping, inspecting and rebuilding mine so that she's perfect again.

I'm already on thin ice with the mrs so trying to convince her that getting hold of another bike so I could spend my time rebuilding the main bike properly was difficult!

So the criteria:
- Cheap (sub £500 ideally sub £400)
- Must have a couple of months MOTs
- Taxed
- Reliable and running
- Over 250/300cc (due to motorway commuting)
- Must be a proper bike and not a scooter!!!

Ideal:
- More than a couple of days tax
- 600cc+
- Low insurance group
- Located in the SW of England
- Comes with Eva Mendez on the back


I don't care if the bike looks like the rear end of a dog as long as it's cheap, reliable, road legal and can get me to work so that I can spend the time sourcing the parts for my main bike.
