next task was to fix the headlight that id borked...

adjusted it too far and POP the adjusting nut came out of the adjuster -.-

couldn't force it back in so headlight had to come apart...

Check the size of the logo I made for you against the size of the "too small" ones you bought, they should measure 150mm x 35mm as that's how I set the artboard up, also the EPS file is for your selected printer.

Fazer 1000 caliper fitment today... spent the morning trying to find the fucking split pin that went walk abouts, turns out it had stuck to a magnet on some scissors

anywhoo....
"just a bit of filing they said" .. half hour later it was finaly enough to fit the caliper

no new updates to post other than when i put my bulbs back in the clip that holds the h4 bulb in broke on the headlight so it dosen't stay in -.-

glud bulb in for now with cheap glue so itll come off, the broken bit is inside the headlight housing and cba to take it off and shake it out

Not much progress, painted some side panels black as they have faded to a dark grey, looks a lot better...

Got fed up with the flaking paint on the engine so stripped it off with the back edge of a knife, came off pretty easily then set about painting it..

think im gonna have to paint the whole engine now though it looks a bit silly.

Update... m0ar spraying and shit.

touched up engine, both wheels off cleaned and sprayed, forks cleaned.

just need to do down pipes then its nearly perfect-ish
