Well go to a breakers and trace them (done that before for a mates bike) or buy some proper ones? I dunno, you should of kept the sizes, I asked a dude on ebay for you:

Check the size of the logo I made for you against the size of the "too small" ones you bought, they should measure 150mm x 35mm as that's how I set the artboard up, also the EPS file is for your selected printer.

Cool, I'd still get to a breakers and see if they are correct before you get them printed because if they are STILL too small it won't have been cheaper to use mine and just bought the ones of a proper yamaha parts place.
