Unfourtunately due to making the mother of all fuck ups at work I've lost my storage space.
If I keep it it's either getting in Paddy's parents way, or it'll be left out in Chatham and be nicked in a week.
Official spec list: https://www.honda.co.jp/news/1995/2950619sp.html
On eBay currently - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271555552688?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
I'm fucking gutted tbh.

Paperwork;
It's got around 6 months MOT/Tax on it, V5, Legal numberplate, credit card plate.
It has reciepts for every single bit of work documented on this list, oils, fluids, sundries - the lot.
It also has an original owners manual that I managed to track down, which covers servicing, suspension setup, troubleshooting, and is a complete workshop manual too.
Lighting;
It's currently got no headlight, however has a full lighing loom & has a brakelight fitted, running total loss off a battery under the seat. The headlight will empty the battery in around an hour and a half, however the brakelight takes months to use enough to warrant a recharge.
Engine;
The engine has a 2hr old barrel and piston.
It has a 5hr old crankshaft, conrod, mains, seals and waterpump.
The gearbox was reconditioned by Pete on here and selects all six gears perfectly.
The motor has been run purely on Castrol A747 scince it was built at a 40:1 mix, and is jetted accordingly.
It has a full FMF system on it.
Hytech carbon reeds
Silicone hoses throughout
It's got an hour meter fitted, and I have a sheet noting any engine alterations, changes, service intervals etc.
Oh, it's also had a brand new EBC clutch kit.
Air filter is new.
Chassis;
Wheel bearings are new front and rear
Forks were rebuilt by Bowen Moto in Chatham
Front tyre did an hour of use at the BBQ
Chain and sprockets have done around 5hrs, so again are new. Gold MX chain, JT sprockets - not cheap shite.
Bad bits;
It's recorded as a Cat D write off after I hit a car with it. Bent handlebars and scuffed plastics, bars were replaced with brand new Fatbars and have been on the bike for around 1hr at the BBQ.
It's been used offroad. It has scratches, it's covered in mud. I built it to be used, not polished.
It is on a Q plate. This doesn't bother me, or any insurers really - but I'll mention it. Honda can confirm for you that it's a 1996 model based on chassis number if you were concerned.
Front wheel has a tiny hairline crack in the rim, front rim is slightly buckled. Diddn't bother me, and G jumped it a load at the BBQ and no kittens were killed. Replacement wheels availible at £80 on ebay.
Bit of play in the rear suspension linkage. Probbably wants a new bearing by now, again, peanuts to sort.
Rear tyre is a non e-marked non road legal motocross knobbly
Front pads are monged, new ones supplied with the bike, will likely be fitted if I get a chance
Money & Delivery
The insurance company paid out £3000 for it when it was written off, that's the current market value for it. It's currently on ebay for a lot more than asking price here.
If it goes to a good home with a BCF'er who'll look after it I'll take £2000 for it, it's a fucking good laugh & I've never seen a single sad face from anyone who's ridden it. Im open to sensible offers.
Will have to have a word with Paddy, but I expect delivery can be made to happen, I'd need to know where to work out a quote & be paid for that prior to leaving.
Notes
This bike is not suitable for a daily.
This bike produces around 40bhp. It is not learner legal, nor is it learner freindly. It cannot be restricted, it cannot be made learner legal.
It's a competition bike, registered purely to get to and from the greenlanes. Nowt more.
The service schedules are measured in hours not miles. It's a toy, not a practical method of transport.
