Lost keys on CG125, replacement ?

Hi guys, I lost the key to my 2005 CG125, this also has the implication that it also fits the fuel filler cap. I rang my Homda dealer and they tell me that they can't order a key, they recommended a place in Southport, but I phoned them, and they can't help without a key number (there's nothin printed on the visible part of the barrel.

Can anyone tell me of a UK company where I can send the barrel, or helmet lock to have a key matched to it. I didn't think this was possible, but someone tells me it is.

Any help would be much appreciated, I don't fancy trying to drill the lock on the fuel filler or try getting the ignition barrel out
