Stats page suggestion

After looking over through the stats page, the karma bottom ten list isn't really of much use really, as they're all banned and not even wanting to come here any more I believe. Would it be possible or worthwhile to remove user accounts from users that are banned or basically pushed off because of their karma rating (but only after a certain amount of time so they've lots interest etc in this site), but with banned people the IP (range with some) is still banned.

Not of any real importance, but I just feel that the bottom ten karma table is of little use or interest really, as they're all gone and not of any interest.
