I think he said he turbocharged it, so I guess that is why he said intercooler. Is it me or are the tyres on that bike huge?

You can see the intercooler in the place where you would expect to find the number plate.

An excellent engine conversion. 2.0 right? From the ole Calibra. Did you get the 'box as well?

nope not a LET, its a 1.6 turbo, circa 200bhp - was going to run 8 injectors and cossie pectel management huge fuel pump and oil squirters in block - 290 bhp (still 1.6)

but now my engine is sold and shell is either awaiting an LET or its going to be sold to buy a toyota starlet 1.3 turbo with 200ish bhp towards xmas.

as for the tr50 'bitch' - wheels are not big, its just stupidly small, has only 13 inch wheels Laughing light as a feather - great fun for 'trying' (usually in vain) to get your knee down...(shes for sale too)

Looks like a good little bike, and yeah the tyres do look big.

Intercooler or a flash name for a radiator, it's still a Nova and always will be. To quote Nelson, Haw Haw!!! Razz

Suprising that! Laughing All 50cc bikes for use by 16 year old are meant to be restricted to 30mph.

What has this Starlet turbo had done to it? My mate's got one and it's pushing 135bhp max on it's high boost setting.

Not taking the piss or anything, just interested.
