test fitted all the plastict on the left side so i can line up the masking for the tank. I'm loathe to take them off, after weeks of repair prep and paint, its a nice feeling to see them mounted.

makes all the other components look shit though..........

infill panel was lost. cant seem to pop one on ebay.
ive made a model out of card, by drawing round the righthand side one, and using it as a template. filled it up with milliput, and baked it to speed the process. it warped a bit in the oven, but its only a base for further mods.

it will look better after sanding, and some alteration.

not that happy with with the lengthened tail tidy.
it had to be made longer to accomadate the plate mount, and plate light. when it was shorter, it looked more proffesional, but it didnt perform its needs so it had to be chopped. this is the third remake......
it will need further mods, maybe a plate down the side to strengthen it, hide the wiring, and stop vibration. maybe......id like opinions on this....

the plate light is metal, a surprise for a 5 quid ebay pop. ive rubber mounted it, and will run all the indicator wiring with it through some shrink wrap.

dont like the sachs decals. tried cutting them myself with a scalpel, but its justb too tricky, so they are coming off, and ill have to get them printed.

fitted a new master cylinder from a bandit yesterday. took an hour to bleed! dont give up and think its fooked if your trying this, it just takes ages........
