Hi. Finally got round to show and tell. (Watch I'll fkitup)
First registered January 93 this would be one of the last to roll off the production line?
I paid 250. The frame was rusted and covered with pound shop silver paint.
The forks were bent.
Wrong bars and light.
Snapped rear suspension.
I had all the pics but lost them :(told u ide fkitup.
Wrong tyres.
No rubber on footpegs.
So I stripped it with the help of dave and psychodoggies daddy's snap on tools the bike came apart with relieve ease.
So much can't be said about my Halfords advance rachet set. May's well of gone to the pound shop. (In fact, I did get a pound shop set and there still going).
I sent the sexy frame and other metalwork to be painted, cleaned everything, stripped the forks and rebuilt, lucky the stations and clamps WERE straight, just off line.
New head race bearings, rear suspension, hacked some lighting on the back, new front light, cables, brake pads, engine oils back tyre.
Quick spruce up with a sponge and some hammerwright.
Yet to touch the engine or exhaust.

Goes like stink it does. The correct bars are coming tomorrow.
Rebuild has cost roughly 650.

Lovely bikes pal. Do you still have that blue aprillia? It's like a yam tdr125 I want one next.
30+ means lots of rebuilds tho:( this is just a hack!
