My mates Dad crashed on a ride with us yesterday down the Henley Road, for anyone who knows it well, will know it's a fast road when you're going for it.

Saying that, he wasn't going at silly pace, I think he would've been doing about 70 when he crashed. New tyres, new bike (to him) and pushing it in an attempt to keep up resulted in this...

His bike then went on to hit that road sign you can now see on the floor (pictured) and he went on to hit what I think is a telegraph pole and landed a few feet after he hit the telegraph pole.

Bike is a mess (dented frame, so i'm guessing it'll be Cat A'd)... but some how he only ended up with a broken arm! Very, very lucky!

The text on one of the images is because it's taken off my Snapchat.

Random photo's while waiting for the Medic's and Police to do their thing :

I'll take it, £250 Laughing Frame can use a bit of filler.

You're a bit too late Wink , I've already said i'll have the bike if the insurance offer him it back cheap enough (he's fully comp and claiming, i'm hoping they'll offer it him back cheap).

As many as possible Laughing

Lol, i'm actually selling the GSXR and Blade. So hopefully it'll be a GSXR 1000 and an R1 (probably in bits & for sale) by the end of this year if all goes to plan.

Needs a paint diagram. Smile

Sounds like he got off lightly considering he bounced off a telegraph pole.

New bike, new tires, rides like a lemon and crashes.

Yep, must be summer.
