Anyone ever ridden one? There's a cheap and knackered one for sale nearby, looks like a giggle for a short commute through London.

According to Google the seat height is about the same as my VFR, which doesn't seem right. Are they are tiny as they look?

Hi,
I had 1 a few years ago (I got it as part payment for a job I done)
once I got it working, it was a hoot!
I don't think it's that teeny, but bigger than say, a pit bike.
I'm only 5' 9" but quite heavy & it coped with my weight no problem.
easy to work on , no plastics so you can throw it around.
I treated it like a disposable bicycle (I only ever went to tesco & into town) & it lasted longer than I thought it would.
I think it's still going, as it's been passed about a few times.

cheers,
GAZ

A guy I work with had/has one (not sure if he's sold it yet), they're quite small, and light (100kg iirc). Not very powerful but not much to push along. The fuel tanks in the frame which's interesting, only thing's thieves can literally be gone in 60 seconds (with no tools) Smile

If you want I can see if he's sold it, I think he only wanted £500 but was struggling to find a buyer. Not sure on mileage etc but it has the most stupidly loud exhaust ever fitted to a 125*

*note its not even a 125 Wink

Nope, but they made an interesting 500 (concept) version:

Been interested in one of these for a while, but they seem to be oddly expensive. Geneneral consensus is buy one, throw everything away that isn't the frame and wheels and rebuild with parts that won't break/fail/fall off with little to no provocation.

Various videos on youtube with big bore pitbike motors Touching 95-100 are scarily awesome!
