ooooooOOOOOOOoooooooo

It gets delivered tomorrow Dance!, while I'm at work. Sad
And since it's being delivered at home, the first person who will get to ride my bike (to the garage) will be my fizzing dad!!! Neutral

Ok, on that note as well, since dad is like double my weight and we'll both be riding it, is there anything that will need doing? Like adjusting suspension or something? Confused

*twiddles blonde hair* Wink

So long as the tire pressures are as stated in the manual and the suspension is default then the bike will be okay. Most bikes are designed with a default setup which is suitable for a wide range of rider sizes.
The only time problems will arise is if you lower it to help get your feet down, then your dad might bottom it out when he gets on it! Laughing

so long as you are allright with it as standard it shouldnt need anything doing to it, i should imagine the dealers have done the tire pressures etc Thumbs Up

She won't need to lower it.

I had my RK all standard settings and had no problems. Dad rode my bike as well and had no problems, and he was about double my weight at the time.

Heeeeeeeeeee, she'll be there waiting for you when you get home!! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Exciting!

I wouldn't rely on a dealers to set the correct pressures. In my experience they tend to put in a fairly generic amount, say 30psi or 40psi rather than the manufacturers recommendations for the tyre and bike.

Yep and check the chain for adjustment. Some places are shite for that one too.

Nice bike by the way, enjoy it. Wink

Dance! She's sitting up in the garage all cold and alone. I didn't get in until 7 after work either and the nasty gritters were out earlier, so as yet still untried.....Sad
All checks have been done by the old while it was still light and I was working away. But he couldn't see the tyre pressures on the bike, anyone know what they should be, or are they different for each brand of rubber?

*Fingers crossed it will be dry tomorrow*
