Once everyone arrived in Cardiff, and TNO had roused from his nap, he began to cook dinner, flitting between the 'smokers' balcony and the kitchen. How we didn't loose anyone to the fearful, death defying 20 foot drop is beyond me... I even have all my herbs and plants still intact!

After dinner it was time to get our skates on, and make the arduous, tiring journey, that including climbing fences and wobbly sneaky paving slabs to the ice rink. It was so hard, we had to stop for refreshments on the way. There was much joviality and drinking - TNO declared his undying love for Hex!

Jimmy then found a new friend who stood up to his bullying far better than the rest of us...

On the ice, of course, we were stunning. Gliding, sliding, elegant, Torville and Dean-esque.
Er, yea! Thanks to Jimmy and our previous refreshments, the ice rink seemed to be very cunningly sneaking up on us at regular intervals. I have an alarming number of bruises, and of course, being asked by the paramedic to focus on his finger (to ensure I didn't have a serious head injury after Jimmy sent me flying into the barrier) was a difficult task, tempted as I was to say "which finger?" I resisted.

Jimmy went to bug everyone else, and stole Laura's hat.

Thanks go out to TNO and Kristie for supplying beverages on completion of each rotation of the rink Thumbs Up

Pho took out a very small child, who then became his new friend, look for the honorary BCF member (he's really small and called Joseph)

I only wish the batteries on my camera had lasted long enough to capture the moment of Hex being escorted off the ice rink for taking his boots off in the middle of the rink...

Marshall type bloke in yellow jacket:
"That's really dangerous"

Hex:
"Yea, I know"

then continued to pad around until they removed him from the ice. What followed was disturbing.
The ice was cleared and the marshalls were showing off their moves, Jimmy, being all confident and happy from his ribeana decided to take them on...
"I can do that"

...took two lurches backwards and landed flat on his face in front of a sizeable Welsh Audience.

Warearm, our friendly Marshall informed us that BCF were officially "The most trouble they've had this year" Very Happy
