You can do a burnout without completely destroying the tyre you know.
We saw a stunt guy on a Fireblade at Elvington doing a burnout until it went pop and it took about ten minutes for the damn thing to go - even on a powerful bike a reasonably hard tyre will smoke for ages and ages before it's trashed. So little 30 second 'take a picture of this mate' burnouts won't result in an immediate trip to the tyre shop. |
