Robby just turned up at my flat in his new wheels.

Marvel at the splendour that is the Smart Roadster:

I love the look of the roadster. I took a Smart car out for a test drive - absolutely hated the semi-automatic mode; you'd only just changed gear and the display was nagging to change again. The automatic mode wasn't much better, it felt like it would wait 2 seconds before letting it's clutch out. Shame they don't make one with a manual gearbox.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Wow. A reason to go into the photos forum.

Its cool. Very fun. The turbo and engine make all the right noises, and they make them very close behind your head.

Performance is surprisingly good. Kicking down two gears is lovely, the turbo spins up just as the gear selects and you go forward. Fast.

The semi auto box is better in the roadster than in the normal smart - It changes much like a normal auto in auto mode, and quick enough in semi auto. Suits me fine, I dislike and have difficulty with car clutches.

Very nice car Robby, cant beat the noise of a turbo. SmartRus sell bigger and noisier dump valves.
