It came yesterday and its so cool. Fired it up today to do phase 1 of the run in and its so much louder than my 1991 bike. Can't wait to get out on track this Friday.

I guess you're never meant to ride it in any position than with your knees about your ears. Very Happy

How much do they cost?

With 45bhp and only 60kg that must be almost 600 4-stroke performance!

Nice bike. Get some colour on it though!

I suspect the clip ons are like that because they haven't been setup properly yet - he did say the bike had just arrived. Probably pulled in like that to make transportation easier. Just my guess.

Enjoy Thumbs Up

thats me lol. Have you seen me somewhere before??

yer its gonna be red and black. Gonna have to put a 2000 shape faring on though as its the only one my dads cousin has a mould of. No point me spending loads on a 2004 fairing and getting it painted up when I can get one cheap of him with the colours gelled in. Its bound to get slung down the road at somepoint anyway so you just need sommet that can be replaced quickly and easily

Clipons can't really be straightened out much more as the brake lever will hit the fairing. The bikes handle so well you don't need to get massive leverage on the bars to get it to turn. Im 18 and 5'11 lol so im no tiny 14 year old lol. See how it goes at this trackday on Friday, im there with a mate that does BSB 125's, not gonna go anywhere near him as hes a liability lol, he highsided yesterday on the preview day at Foggy Esses.

Its an absolute missile lol, Ive only been pasting it around our shops carpark in 1st, but it does 90-100kph in 1st gear lol depending on the gearing, but 90 is the lowest, in fact with the highest gearing is says 128kph is 1st gear!! lol, but thats with 17:32 gearing which is probably never used for even the longest straights lol as it does 249kph in 6th!!. With the kind of gearing I run for UK curcuits it will be about 190-200kph top speed. Ive got these figures from the speed gearing charts in the manual at 12000rpm as it has no speedo
