Well the GSXR has gone, I have some money to pay off crap and I have a new motor bicycle to play on. Very Happy

Its a 94 model VFR400 NC30

Rear shock has had some work done on it and had a fireblade remote reservoir fitted
Forks have been rebuilt with stiffer springs fitted
    Prolite front brake discs
    Goodridge hoses
Renthal sprockets and DUD chain and its one tooth down on the front
    One off oval race can
    Carbon rear hugger
Its all been setup and it puts out 61bhp at the rear wheel Very Happy

Oh and those red head light covers aren't fitted luckily.
    Thatcham approved immobiliser
    Data tagged

Its not mint as it looks like someone dropped it at a stand still and put a couple of cracks on the left hand side, nothing major so they can be sorted when i can be bothered really. Its got 28,000 miles on the clock but it came with a load of receipts for work that has been done to it including the valve clearances done so I'm confident its been looked after, very happy with it so far. Very Happy

Yeah it is bloody nice. Looks like you got a good one there. And 61bhp on a 400 sounds quite impressive if you ask me. Nice one. Thumbs Up

Cool I really like that paintscheme Cool

Ive got the standard red/black scheme but that looks real tidy, Have you enjoyed cranking the pocket rocket over into the bends yet. Its such a great feeling throwing the vfr round the twisties.

I got what I expected to get for the gixxer, seems the arrival of the new model killed the value of the K1 model, I also had quite a high mileage on mine considering its a sports bike.

Haven't had chance to ride it properly yet, didn't get home with it until 12 last night and I'm way too tired to be arsed to ride it at the minute.

It's ok, The fact that its a V4 and a honda lets it down a bit. Someones nicked its usd's too.

To sumarise, despite the fact that its 5mph slower than my zxr4, and clearly in less superior colours, it's ok Mr. Green

Oh and someone sat on the end can. Wink

I agree with mike that the SHOWA bit could do with being got rid of. Not much of a fan of the red rear wheel hub, nor of the red screen trim, but otherwise it looks very nice.
Paint scheme is good, something different, but not plastered in race replica logo's Thumbs Up

Stiffer fork springs are definatly a bonus, it's something i've considerd getting done to mine.

It's worth checking the fuses and reg/rec but otherwise everything else looks to have been covered.

28k on the clock is nothing really, mine has 30k on it and has been abused, stood etc, and it all goes fine.

reg/rec has already been replaced by previous owner, I have a big pile of receipts to read through to try and find out everything that has been done to it, oh and mine puts out more power than yours! Razz
