It's just undoing nuts and bolts. Several thousand of them. Whoever designed the RS was a sadistic bastard.

mate i feel for you!

in theory its a 10mins job but you got caught just like i did on the Bandit! the feckin bolts seized took me 3 hours to fit 1 indicator!!!

i fitted these the other night and before any1 moans about cyclops the 1 eye bandit (headlight) hes going in the bin as soon as my new screen arives (screen/built in headlights)

3 hours to fit indicators! If they're seized that's ok, I understand that.

Took me probably 30 seconds per indicator on the TZR.

They do look good though, and I do have a soft spot for the looks of RS125s.

Best to make them as small as you can, reduces drag... and if your like me you don't use them. Laughing

Aikmans Crazy Tips: If you've got a seized bolt on your hands, burn it off! For two reasons 1: This will melt the nylock part of your nut and 2: If you concentrate on the nut it will expand and hopefully lay off the threads! A little side note though, dont attempt near an open fuel line....i learned the hard way Rolling Eyes
