www.biketrackdays.co.uk has a list of trackdays and hire companies etc.

Some trackdays will only accept hire bikes from a specific company (they claim for 'safety' reasons; more like because they've got a deal going.)

Id like at some stage to do a track school day, i was thinking of ringing the Mick Boddice race school instead of Ron Haslam tho. I do want to and will do at least 1-2 trackdays on my own bike first.
Personally id be very uninterested in doing a trackday on another machine, as the whole point for me is to see what i can do on my own bike, and explore my bikes limits and performance in both acceleration, braking, and handling, so that i get more used to it, and what it can do. Why would you want to use another bike for a trackday, and then not be able to ride you own bike any better than before?
