Its a simpson helmet so its not actually passed all of the test and stuff to make it road or track legal, just a tarts accesory.

Simpson have been legal for a while afaik, theyve had the standards for a while, I think it was only a vision issue which theyve sorted out on the new ones. Still rather have an arai. I like my head.

It's only the simpsons with the bigger visors I think - the ones with the narrow slit still aren't kite marked or BS marked, or whatever, as far as I know.
