im sure this has been asked millions of times before...

...but how do i make get a picture file size under 10k?
I figured out how to resize them, but they're still like 32k or something, and I cant work out how to get them to 10k?
Someone help

Resize them, change the output file quality, use a different file format, reduce number of colours, pretend to be a dragon, eat cauliflower, dance to jpeg gods.
