my new gsxr is a little bit judery in midrange like its not getting enought petrol. it has had a yoshy can fitted but no one did anything to the carbs. im thining maybe it needs bigger jets?

what do you guys think?

get your engine rejetted and it should be fine

got something to do with the pressure balance that a new race exhaust can upset

I'm no GSX-R expert, but if it's the bike in your avaitar, then it'll probably be fool (fuel) injected.

Will need a Power Commander or one of them Yoshi box of tricks. Smile

i work in a bike shop as a mechanic, but i would not call myself a mechanic yet. but im quite sure that it just needs some bigger jets. i just wanted a second opinion thats all

If that was the last of the carbed 600s then yes, re-jet, there's probably a kit for sale on Ebay, there normally is.
