well, just took my bike to the garage to clean the carb out and add the new jets in (138,42,65) which alain advised, got it back and it went like a bag of nails, couldn't get any more than 30 out of it and sounded horrible.
There was hardly any power at all, struggled to get home.
The jets that was in there originally was (110,48,95).
Any one know why??
Thanks,
Baz.

your bike is not a NSR125R (JC20 or JC22) , it's a NS125R (TC01) so the carb is a 26 (not a 28) , upjetting it will be +3 or 5 on the main jet and keep the other jets .

Thought it would just be the main jet, the other 2 were fine, but i bought the jets not knowing what was in there, the 110 is standard.

So what would you change the main jet to Alain, i think my bike is a 175cc, as the previous owner said to me.

And i do realise the bikes an ns125r, it is a bit confusing with all the types.

Is these jets ok anyway (originals)???

Thanks again Alain,

Baz. Thumbs Up

i think the 110 is the genuine one . if you are sure that you are kitted in 175 it's certainly too small . i suggest you get in touch with mattew cooper at dellorto.co.uk and ask him if he knows the jetting for the 175 (or 125 if it's your's) . then order 115 & 120 or +5 and +10 , so you will be able to play with

Just didn't realise 2 of the jets were bigger than the new ones.
