I would hate a job where people were so picky about things like 5 minutes (or even 40 minutes) spent on the phone. How do you cope with being treated like a child?

With babyam on this one,definately report for sexual harassament, put it in a letter and say you want it dealt with as an official grievance. They then have to hear what you gotta say "your grievance" and then decide whether to take action or not...you can also appeal their decision if you dont like the outcome.
I'm a ruddy personnel manager and have had a shite week this week, to the point I am likely to walk within the next few weeks....down the constructive dismissal route....and I will really go to town on this lot....bstardsfkdjfakjfkadjf!!
